What is AAMFT Supervision and Who Can Provide It?

AAMFT Supervision

Overview: Supervision standards set by the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) ensure high ethical and professional supervision quality.

Qualified Supervisors: AAMFT-approved supervisors have undergone extensive training, equipping them to mentor MFT interns, pre-licensed therapists, and those pursuing LPC-MHSP credentials.

AAMFT Supervision candidate

Role: An experienced therapist in advanced training to become an AAMFT Approved Supervisor.
