Corporate Workshops

Workshops are currently offered in-office or at your hosted location (workplace, church organization, book club, women’s group). Workshops are 1 to 2 hours in length, or negotiable based on your needs.

Emily Runyan, LMFT, founder of Tennessee Mental Wellness and International Speaker, has presented workshops for large organizations such as Sumner Regional Medical Center, Rocky McElheney Law Firm, Serve Pro Corporate, Practice of the Practice, Tennessee Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, and Gallatin Chamber of Commerce, as well as smaller groups such as Women's and Church organizations, Education organizations, Health and Wellness businesses.

Health From The Inside Out
