Types of Immigration Cases We Evaluate

We offer evaluations for a variety of immigration-related cases, including:

  • VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) – For individuals who have experienced domestic abuse and are seeking relief under VAWA protections.

  • Asylum – For individuals fleeing persecution or danger in their home country.

  • Extreme Hardship Waivers – For those demonstrating how separation from a loved one would cause exceptional emotional hardship.

  • U Visa – For victims of certain crimes who have suffered mental or physical abuse and are helpful to law enforcement or government officials in investigations or prosecutions.

What to Expect During the Evaluation Process

Each evaluation is a supportive, structured process guided by licensed therapists experienced in trauma-informed care.

Your evaluation includes:

  • Two 50-minute clinical sessions (completed within 1–2 weeks)

  • A detailed written report completed after both sessions

  • The option for an expedited report (additional fee applies)

  • Offers evaluations via telehealth and in-person in Tennessee

Tiffany Zwart, LPC-MHSP

  • Provides evaluations in person or virtually for clients who are physically located in Tennessee at the time of the appointment
