About Me

As a licensed and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with a Master of Nursing degree from Frontier Nursing University, I dedicate my practice to helping those battling anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, self-esteem issues, and many other mental health concerns.

We begin with a thorough, comprehensive assessment in a quiet and private environment or through telemedicine, ensuring comfort and accessibility. The goal is to help diagnose and address the root causes impacting your mental health, enabling you to lead your most fulfilling life.

My practice is a judgment-free sanctuary of understanding, where your thoughts and feelings are supported by open ears and an open heart, providing unwavering support throughout your healing journey by blending diverse therapeutic approaches with customized medication management, including prescribing new and adjusting existing medications to meet your specific needs.

My Story and Background

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my path began in mental health nursing when I earned my BSN from South College in Nashville, TN, in 2020. I always knew that I wanted to work as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, a goal that is leading me to pursue a Doctorate in the field that is so near and dear to my heart.

My aim is to help you feel like you again because I know that you are worth it, and it is my mission to empower you to be the best version of yourself. I have worked in an array of different psychiatric settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and non-profit community health—working with diverse individuals, each with their unique and heartbreaking experiences and upbringings. These experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding, enabling me to foster a judgment-free space.

Joining TN Mental Wellness felt like a natural fit; the ethos and energy here align perfectly with my treatment philosophy. I invite you to experience this supportive environment firsthand. As a team of compassionate professionals, we share a common goal: to support your mental health and recovery goals. Having navigated through my own mental health challenges, I've become a beacon of hope, affirming that a life filled with self-love and healthy boundaries, and efficient coping mechanisms can create a pathway to a better life.

A Little Fun

My well-being and professional success are significantly bolstered by the love and support of my friends, family, and partner. Traveling domestically and abroad continues to open my eyes to the beautiful diversity of our world and understanding various cultures’ customs, cuisines, and daily lives. As someone who loves animals and enjoys nature walks with my boyfriend, I'm excited about adopting a dog soon. If I’m not watching the unique narratives of an indie, foreign, or moody film, my other passion is soccer, which I eagerly experience in person at every opportunity. Appreciating and creating art is something I find therapeutic along with listening to music. I enjoy continually learning from insightful podcasts and literature on spirituality and other topics that enhance my professional approach.

“I want to help you feel like yourself again because you are good enough.”
