1. Health From The Inside Out
Many people want to get healthier or lose weight, but have a difficult time sticking with a plan long-term. Dieters experience upwards of 95% fail rate, which begs the question: Why do we keep trying what doesn’t work? Thankfully, there IS a better way to achieve a healthy lifestyle long-term: Through harnessing the power of the mind and the intuition of the body to lead the way. The Wellness Workshop can be a one-time presentation, or an ongoing series where each meeting provides information and offers support and “accountability” for participants in their healthy lifestyle journeys. This workshop is an effective way to promote health and camaraderie among members of your group or workplace. It will help members of your team rethink their eating and exercise approaches, and dial in psychological strategies for creating a long-term healthy lifestyle!

2. Divorce Recovery
Divorce is an extremely difficult and scary process. You are going through an expensive, life-changing legal process while in a painful emotional state. You probably feel extremely alone. Emotional closure does not come at the time of signing the divorce decree. It takes a long time to work through the pain of divorce, the hurts and resentments, and to adjust to a new identity and life. Our Divorce Recovery Groups can help you every step of the way – from working through the decision to stay or go, to healing the emotional turmoil of divorce, to rebuilding your new life post-divorce.
3. Postpartum Wellness
Becoming a mother for the first, second, or seventh time is a tremendous experience. For some, it’s incredibly fulfilling; for others, it’s completely overwhelming. Most women experience a range of emotions, all heightened by lack of sleep and their new reality. Some women find it difficult to feel like themselves for a while after having the baby, and benefit from the camaraderie of a group setting. This workshop provides guidance, growth, and friendship for new moms.

5. Empty Nest Moms
Whether you’re a “working mom” or a “stay-at-home mom”, you likely devote endless physical and emotional energy to caring for your kids. So when it’s time for them to leave home, you may be feeling like a big part of your identity went with them. Many moms feel unmoored during the transition to empty-nest-hood. But it can be an incredibly empowering new chapter of your life, if you have the right mindset. This workshop can help you connect back with yourself in order to create a purposeful “next chapter” of your life.
