While I am a Person-Centered therapist with a fondness for DBT at heart, I won’t hesitate to incorporate tools from other therapeutic modalities to assist clients in reaching their therapeutic goals.
Having served in community mental health since my internship, I am honored to have worked with a diverse clientele addressing a wide range of mental health disorders including but not limited to anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, mood disorders, and personality disorders. As a trauma-informed provider, I strive to work with clients to meet them where they are and accompany them along their healing journey using and adapting an eclectic collection of therapeutic modalities to best suit my clients' needs.
